This morning Selena and I decided we would walk to the library and get some new books. She looked up as we went out the back door and informed me there was a bird in the sky. I looked up and there they were, two adult bald eagles and their two eaglets. We spent so much time watching and talking about the bald eagles that we forgot we were on our way to the library.
It isn't unusual for us to see these majestic birds, they tend to be here every year and fly over our house all the time. But for Selena to discover them and get so facinated in them was awesome.
I must drive her to the river and show her their nest.
