Merry Christmas

We are busy finishing up all the small details for Christmas. Selena and I are headed out today to get the seafood for our Traditional Christmas dinner. It is always this time of year though that I get to thinking back to Christmas pasts and realize how much I miss family. I realize that sometimes living so far away has it’s great but also not so great aspects.

We have had some early Christmas news. With news of a baby born a little brother for Selena to meet soon, and another one due in August, a little Cousin for Selena to love upon. We also had the joy of knowing that our son got married. We would have loved to have flown down to be a part of the simple but lovely ceremony. It is a real eye opener though when your baby boy gets married, a moment when you realize they have grown into a very fine man.

We welcome his bride into our family with much happiness. I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter daughter-in-law.
